Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Solitarium.io is a client-side card game site. We do not require accounts. This policy explains what data is stored on your device and what we may collect as the product evolves.
What we store on your device
Games save progress locally in your browser (localStorage) so you can refresh or return later and continue playing. This includes your current game state and the starting seed used for sharing game setups.
What we don't collect (today)
We do not ask for your name, email, or password. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and ads
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand basic site usage (for example: page views, which games are played, and feature usage like hints/share).
GA4 may set cookies or use similar identifiers, depending on your browser and Google's settings. We use privacy-conscious settings such as IP anonymization where available.
We may use Google AdSense to display ads on this site. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google and its partners may serve personalized ads based on visits to this and other sites, or non-personalized ads depending on your region and privacy settings.
Visit https://adssettings.google.com to manage your ad personalization preferences. Use https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout to opt out of Google Analytics measurement across all sites. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser privacy settings to limit tracking from both services.
Google explains how it uses data from sites and apps that use its services here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
We do not send your email address, game-state saves, or any sensitive personal information to GA4 or AdSense intentionally.
